Minutes reset each month and every started minute counts as one billed minute. Additional usage is $2.25 per outbound minute and $0.30 per inbound minute. Two-way SMS is not currently offered in Uganda.

How does the Free Preview work?+

Your seven days start when you connect Gmail or create your first reminder. You get two outbound calls of up to 60 seconds each, plus chat and calendar access. The signup verification call does not count toward your allowance. The preview ends after seven days or two completed calls, whichever comes first. No card is required and you will not be charged automatically.

What happens when my preview ends?+

Email syncing and scheduled calls pause. Your existing reminders and history remain visible, and you can choose a paid plan to continue using Dialo.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. You can move to a plan that better matches how often you call Dialo and how frequently Dialo calls you.

Why are inbound and outbound minutes separate?+

Calls you place to Dialo and calls Dialo places to you have different underlying costs. Showing them separately keeps usage and pricing clear.

Is SMS included in Uganda?+

No. Two-way SMS is not currently supported in Uganda, so these plans only promise calling, reminders, and in-app chat.

What happens when I reach a limit?+

Your dashboard shows your usage as you approach a limit. Once confirmed, additional usage is $2.25 per outbound minute and $0.30 per inbound minute.
